Teachingheart.net is an amazing resource for teachers. It includes almost anything one would need to manage a classroom including: behavior management, awards, rubrics, report cards and much more. I think that for all of us who plan to be teachers this site would be incredibly helpful especially in our first year teaching. It is a great guide to use in your classroom and I feel it will prove to be effective. I hope this is helpful in the future.

Wow this is a very easy to use resource that could be very helpful. Especially in our first few years of teaching I think it is extremely important to have as many resources available as possible. Although this site doesn't provide everything we need as a teacher, it is a great resource to refer to.

I love how the internet is such a fantastic tool for finding and sharing ideas. As teachers we can really benefit from sites like these. I especially love the link to the Mommy blog on this website; some of these Mommys have great ideas for having fun with your kids!!
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely a great site for first year teachers, who need all the help they can get in the classroom in order to figure everything out. It has so many different tools to help in the classroom, and I will definitely keep it in mind when I am teaching in my own classroom!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great resource for teachers. I especially like that they have integrated unit ideas available, because even if a teacher didn't use that exact lesson, it could provide examples to get teachers thinking. I love the integrated lesson on The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. The unit includes story sequencing, phonics, math, graphing, science, and literary analysis. I will definitely bookmark this site to use in my future classroom!

I clicked on the link for Eric Carle's "The Hungry Caterpillar" and there were activities to do pertaining to math, science, and literature. This is a great resource and is now in my Favorites folder so I can refer to it continuously. Thanks!
